About The Award
The Community Chest Awards (CCA) 2025 ceremony celebrates the outstanding contributions of organisations and individuals dedicated to enhancing the social service sector. This annual event recognises valuable partners who have made significant impact in empowering Singapore's communities in need through generous donations, fundraising and volunteerism activities in partnership with Community Chest.
On 23rd August 2025, Saturday, the SM Jaleel Foundation proudly awarded 36 deserving students with scholarships under the Aspiration Bursary Award programme, continuing our mission to uplift lives through education.
The ceremony began with inspiring opening speeches delivered by Ms Syedun, Director of SMJFL, and Ms Nisha, Representative of SMJFL, who encouraged recipients to believe in their potential and strive for excellence.
We are honoured to receive the Charity Award (Gold) at the Community Chest Awards 2025, held on 8th October 2025. The annual ceremony, graced by President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Social and Family Development, Mr Eric Chua, celebrates organisations and individuals who have made meaningful contributions to Singapore's social service sector through giving, fundraising, and volunteerism.
This recognition affirms our continued commitment to empowering communities and ensuring every person has the opportunities, resources, and support for a better quality of life in a caring and inclusive society.
